Plantar Fasciitis - No more pain with Essential Oils

While visiting a friend (Josh) he was telling me about a couple health problems.

One particular problem was:

Plantar fasciitis which is a painful inflammatory process of the plantar fascia. It has been reported that plantar fasciitis occurs in two million Americans a year and 10% of the population over a lifetime.

The pain is usually felt on the underside of the heel and is often most intense with the first steps of the day. Another symptom is that the sufferer has difficulty bending the foot so that the toes are brought toward the shin (decreased dorsiflexion of the ankle).

A symptom commonly recognized among sufferers of plantar fasciitis is increased probability of knee pains, especially among runners. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plantar_fasciitis

His feet were really giving him problems and he couldn't find anything that would help with the pain. It so happened that I had my box of essential oils in the car.

My first thought was to use Deep Blue Essential Oil but as he shared with me a little more the pain he was experiencing I finally decided on Birch (which is like a Cortisone shot effect).

Within minutes of applying the Birch Essential Oil to his heel the pain started to subside and the difference was day and night.
